Refund Policy

“Customer’s satisfaction is our number one priority”

We have an aim to make sure that our customers experience the hassle-free shopping experience at our site. Therefore, we have an easy return and exchange policy.

  • You have 7 days to Return or Exchange your parcel.
  • After receiving the parcel, you have 48 hours to initiate the return of exchange request.
  • The process should be completed within 3-4 working days and after that, we cannot entertain any request.
  • For return and exchange, you can send the parcel to our Warehouse in Pakistan.
  • For the Return, we have a policy that you will be charged with a 25% service fee of your order’s cost.

Order’s Cancellation

You can cancel your order within the span time of 24 hours of placing your order. You will be charged with no fees if you have canceled your order in this time period. After that time, you may have a chance that your order is processed and you will be charged a 25% service fee.

Defective Product

If you receive any defective product from our side then you can have the exchange for that. And for that, you simply need to send us the snapshot of the fault with details of the nature of the fault and your order number at info@wearkar.com after that our customer Support agent will contact you and guide you further.

An issue in the size

Make sure that you have chosen the correct size of your outfit. But in case the outfit runs small or large then we can offer you a size exchange for that. Send us a query at info@wearkar.com with your order number and our Customer Support agent will contact you.

Cases in which Return or Exchange is not applicable:

  • If we found the fault that has a potential of not from our end then the exchange or return would not be applicable.
  • If we obtain an object and consider it has violated our rules, we will not process the submission.
  • If you want to return back the product without having an authentic reason then the shipping charges would be applicable.
  • The customized jackets or tees will not be returned, as it is specifically made on request.
